We then started the Khalifa City Lost Boys Facebook Campaign in earnest.

We have relied heavily on the support of people following the boys updates on Facebook. We have discovered a truly amazing support network and also realise we are not alone. We want our boys back. If we can save anyone else from having to go through this, then we will be happy to have made a difference.

We know a complaint was made. That complaint was played to us by the pest company.

'Take these cats far far away. They put dust on the car'. 

Is that a valid complaint? 

Was it investigated? 

Does it warrant removing 3 neutered and microchipped pet cats?

Where are our cats now? Waiting for someone else to complain. 

Fine us. Don't displace our much-loved cats. 

We will not stop searching.

From day one, our question was: Where are my cats? Thats all we have ever wanted an answer to.

    I can't believe this nightmare you're forced to live because of others' wrongful actions, incompetence and downright cruelty. You just need your beautiful boys back home where they belong. Someone or someones know exactly where your boys are. This is a case of wrongful removal of three family members, essentially kidnapping and now mentally torturing a family just desperate to find their three lovely, healthy, vaccinated, microchipped and beloved cats.

 The Al Falah Cats..... where to start. Day one. 3pm Thursday 28th September 2023 I had been to a known dumping site in the morning with a fabulous rescuer and we picked up Elvis. Dave got home from work at 14.30. We had a chat, had lunch and was considering where to search that evening and what other commitments we had. Our phones started pinging. The most horrify pictures were coming through. Someone had stumbled into a nightmare. Dave and I tried to find out as much information as possible before we set off. CASSA

Cassa was rescued from a military Base, where pest control would have removed her. Cassa is a lovely, easy going spayed and vaccinated female. She will do equally well as an only cat or with others. Cassa is great with children. Cassa  will fit with any surroundings due to her easy going nature, from a single companion, or with a young family. Not quite done yet

We're not done yet! We found Monty! An unbelievable feat considering 100 days had passed since he was cruelly taken and dumped 7km away. Plucked from his life and ours and dumped in a desolate area. He walked 2.3km. Not a bad feat for someone 5 inches tall. A lady in the search party sent a photo of him during the search. We knew immediately it was Monty. They were 3 minutes away from where we were searching. It is an understatment to say Dave and I were euphoric!  Monty was very scared, but softened once we spent some time with him. He started doing his dance which has always endeared us to him. He literally dances with joy. Needless to say it filled our hearts to have one of our boys back. Main thing is that he is healthy. My worst nightmare saw him festering with injury and wounds. Our boy. Happy feet  Physically he is A ok. Mentally he is not himself.
